We will prepare the Diet Therapy Program for you in max. 7 working days (unless otherwise agreed with the attending dietician). However, during the first 2 consultations you will receive a lot of tips, which you can start putting into practice right away.
There are 2 variants of the Diet Therapy Programme: two-week and monthly. People with high nutritional awareness can use the option with recommendations instead of the suggested recipes. You will decide on the best solution for you, together with your attending dietician.
The Diet Therapy Programme is prepared for you taking into account your current health status, lifestyle, physical activity level, goals you want to pursue and many other aspects. Circumstances, however, may change, so it is important to make periodic adjustments to your diet, adapting it to your situation.
